We have a 30-day return & refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

- Flat & Fiited Sheets
No exchanges (unless the wrong size) for the goose down Duvet.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Damaged, Hairs, Odours, Pet hairs, Stains, Misuse will not be accepted)
If your items have been washed or used, they are sent to one of our donation centers.

Nacove covers the shipping cost of getting the goose down pillow to you. However, we do not pay for return shipping of the product.
You may choose to have us cover the cost of the label at our discounted rates and deduct it from your refund or you can provide your own label and ship it yourself.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- No exchanges (unless the wrong size) for the goose down Duvet.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns & refunds on sale items(Including products using discount codes and coupons) or gift cards.
Example: Ordered our products using the NA15 discount coupon, We do not accept returns and refunds for non-quality problems
- For size problems, please check our size chart carefully for reference, if you buy the wrong size, we do not accept returns & refunds after receiving the product

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When you need a refund, please contact us in time, we will contact you within 48 hours.
1. If your package is still in transit.
You need to contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package(Please keep the package in its original state and can't be opened), we will arrange the return address for you, and you need to send the products in the package back to the address we provided.
After we receive the package, we will confirm it, and we will arrange a refund for you within 2-3 working days after confirmation. Please refer to the bank arrival time for the actual refund amount. (Usually within 1 week you will receive the refunded amount)
2.When you receive the package and choose to refund.
You need to send the product back to us. We will confirm after receiving the package(Please keep the package in its original state and can't be opened), and we will arrange a refund for you within 2-3 working days after the confirmation is correct. Please refer to the bank arrival time for the actual refund amount. (Usually within 1 week you will receive the refunded amount)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancel order
We only accept cancellations within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after 24 hours, we cannot cancel the order. Only return & refund will be made after the package is delivered and signed for. Please refer to the refund policy!
Change order delivery address
We accept changing the address within 24 hours, and changing the address after 24 hours, we cannot change the address, you need to contact the post office to change the address by yourself. Returns & refunds can only be made after the package has been delivered and signed for, please refer to the refund policy!
